Username/Password Is Incorrect
You should click the 'Don't remember your password?' option and this will prompt you to enter your email to send you a password reset link.
Be sure to check your spam folder, if you do not receive a reset email within about 10mins go to slack and let us know. We will let you know if you need to create a new account or we will prompt a push for your reset email to be sent.
"Page Loops Back to Log In Page" Error
There seems to be a rare issue logging in to Spoke. If you're logging in (or creating an account for the first time) and the page keeps redirecting back to the log in page instead of taking you to Spoke's main page, please try logging in to Spoke with a different browser. We're not sure why this error occurs, but that seems to fix the issue for folks!
If a different browser doesn't work, please contact us at volunteer@movementlabs.com and include the email associated with your Spoke account, your operating system (Windows 10, Android 11, macOS 10.14, etc.), and the web browsers you've tried (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.).
"Contact Your Administrator" Error
Occasionally Spoke account creation hits a snag. If it does, you’ll see an error message that says, “Oops! Your form submission did not work. Contact your administrator.”
Usually this means your account was created, but it wasn’t added to our organization. There are two steps you can try:
- Open a new window or tab and go to https://mlabsvols.com/JoinSpoke. Log in with the email and password you used when trying to sign up.
If this step doesn't work, please contact us at volunteer@movementlabs.com and include the email that you used when you tried to sign up.
